4.2.6 Email notification setting

4.2.6.1 Email alert disabled

4.2.6.2 Set my email notification (All users are common)
Once the SMTP server is activated normally by the administrator, all users can register their email address to receive security alerts and system alerts.

4.2.6.3 The mail delivery server across the world (SMTP) Set it up (It's for the manager.)

4.2.6.3.2 Application and testing order
- Enter the address of the SMTP server, port, sending account, and authentication information.
- It adjusts whether or not TLS/STARTTLS is used to the same extent as the operating mail server settings.
- We send a test email to confirm that it's received.
- After saving, we verify that security alerts like failures to authenticate, account locks, system alerts are sent to the email.
- In-house infrastructure or external cloud mail services(Google Workspace, AWS SES, and more.) Enter the SMTP information.
- In the bottom right corner. [Click the Save] button to reflect the settings to DB.
- When the job is done, the top of the line will be [My email notification setting] form is activated immediately.
